Flowers I chose off the website became unavailable. Florist called me to discuss options, which was a pleasant surprise! Some will substitute with what is on hand instead of offering the buyer an alternative. Florist was great, professional and got flowers delivered to the recipients on time! Fresh, vibrant flowers and arrangement. Recipients sent me a photo; and it was as shown on the website. Everyone happy.
